Bailey's Whipped Cream

Gary & I rarely indulge in dessert after dinner, so when we have people over, I always try to whip something special up.

For our St. Patrick's Day meal I decided to make strawberries {healthy} with Bailey's whipped cream {not-so-healthy}!

Super easy to make....

Super Delicious.....

Super stomachache when you realize you ate the leftover whipped cream.

But it is sooo worth the ache!

Bailey's Whipped Cream

1/2 pint Organic Heavy Whipping Cream
1/2 cup Bailey's Irish Cream

Pour cream into a mixing bowl.
Using a hand mixer {at speed 6-7 of 10} whip cream.
Right before you get your desired consistency, slowly add Bailey's.
Mix for another minute.

I used a glass and layered whipped cream and strawberries, then repeated the layers.

Delish!!
